The Porter County Sheriff’s Police Department is holding a public auction on October 22, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Department’s Police Garage located at 2053 Heavilin Road, Valparaiso, Indiana, just off State Road 2.

Items may be viewed one (1) hour prior to sale at the above location. Items must be removed from the premises that day.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand, cashier check or certified check. There will be a 5 % service charge added to all bids. There will be a 7% sales tax charged on all vehicles. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over printed materials. Not responsible for accidents. Each successful bidder will be required to make payment at the time and on the spot of the sale. Register with positive ID. If you are tax exempt then you will need to show your tax exempt certificate. Everything as is, where is.
