NOTICE TO BIDDERS
for SALE OF LAND
Separate Bids are
Solicited for the Following Tracts of Land
Portions of two
tracts of Town Park property: “Tract U”, located on the Eastern portion of
an improved dwelling at 15 Oak Drive, Dune Acres, IN 46304 and “Tract S”
located on the western portion of same improved dwelling. Both portions of
tracts are not separable/buildable lots.
Note: The bids
will be accepted contingent upon the following:
Real Property as
is. All inspections, surveying, closing costs are the responsibility of the
bidder.
No bid will be
accepted from any person deemed to be ineligible pursuant to I.C. 36-1-11-4
(c).
Seller asserts
all taxes are current and no liens are attached to property.
All bids shall be
open to public inspection. Bidders may raise their respective bids at any
time during the bid period, contingent and effective upon the seller’s
written notice of same to all other bidders.
Bid Receiving
Site: Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1 East Road, Dune Acres, IN
46304-1006. Office hours Tuesday – Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm.
Bids Accepted:
September 28, 2010 – November 30, 2010
On Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, Thursdays 9 am – 4 pm
Bid Review Time:
Tuesday, December 7, 2010
The Seller
reserves the right to accept any proposal; to reject any or all proposals;
extend the review period; and to waive any irregularities in a proposal. No
Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the closing date of
bid acceptance.
