THE BEVERLY SHORES TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON OCTOBER 25, 2010, AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 500 S. BROADWAY, BEVERLY SHORES, INDIANA, AT 7:00PM LOCAL TIME, REGARDING:

Adopting an amendment to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance recommended by the Plan Commission to change one of the limitations in Section 154.067, for when contractor registration is required, from “value in excess of $25,000” to “square footage exceeds 300 square feet.”

AND ALSO:

Adopting an application form for Site Clearing Demolition, pursuant to Section 154.063(A)
