NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED

ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Porter, Indiana, Porter County that the Town Council of Porter at their regular meeting place at 303 Franklin Street, Porter, Indiana, at 7:00 p.m., on October 26, 2010, will consider the following additional appropriations, for the CEDIT Fund budget for the current year:

FUND NAME: CEDIT

Cedit 114-001-410 $100,000.00

Total $100,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be forwarded to the Department of Local Government Finance.
