Tuesday...Partly sunny. A few flurries in the afternoon. Blustery. Bitterly cold. Highs 2 to 6 above. Lowest wind chill readings 30 below to 40 below zero in the morning. Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph early in the morning increasing to 15 to 25 mph in the late morning and early afternoon...Then decreasing to 10 to 20 mph late in the afternoon. Gusts up to 30 mph.
