The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 will reschedule its public meeting on the town of Pines Superfund site.

The public meeting, which had been scheduled for Tuesday, was cancelled due to the weather conditions. The EPA and Indiana Department of Environmental Management called the meeting to update area residents on the activities at the Yard 520 landfill.

A rescheduled meeting date will be announced soon.
