Frontline Foundations Inc. is seeking artists to share their creative talents in the competition, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23, at Thomas Centennial Park in Downtown Chesterton.

“Hooked on Art is a great opportunity for artists to showcase their talent,” Frontline Operations Director Derek Frazier said. “With over 3,000 projected festival attendees, artists receive great exposure while supporting a wonderful cause.”

Frontline is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a certified substance abuse treatment center. Proceeds from Hooked on Art support Frontline’s mission of providing affordable treatment and recovery support to adults in the local community.

“I love the exposure and the cause,” said returning chalk artist Mia Johnson. “I’ve had a blast the last two years. I want my pieces to draw the audience in and make them think.”
