CHS Class of 1937 celebrates 65th reunion: Members of the Chesterton High School Class of 1937 met at the Hilton Garden Inn for an afternoon banquet to celebrate and reminisce about “the good old days.” Pictured left to right back row are: Pearl Saffran, Grace Soliday, Grace Dolk, Joe Popp, Ed Skibbie, Robert Kelly and Helen Kelly. Front row: George W. Andershock, Bob Yost, Roy Brush, Malcolm Anderson and Ed Veden. Yost said it was good to be with those who remembered the events and the town when they were young. Andershock and Veden had fun sharing memories of their experiences as pitcher and catcher on the high school baseball team. All said they enjoyed being together and are looking forward to the 70th reunion.
